CUSTOMER SUCCESS LEAD - QUAL & AI

CENTRAL LONDON

If you're looking to work with innovative research techniques and work closely with AI in your qualitative research within a fast-paced, scale-up agency, this role is for you.

THE ROLE

Taking over the ownership of AI chatbots & client experience
Working closely with developers for product improvements
Upselling and cross-selling the company's AI products, growing accounts and winning new business
Running qual projects with existing clients
Expanding this area in the future and hiring

ABOUT YOU

Expert in qual research
Experience running focus groups, interviews, ethnography, message testing, and segmentation
Thrive in fast environments
Have an interest to go above and beyond a traditional Qual researcher
Be passionate about new developments in technology, research, and AI
Have a desire to do sales and move into a growth role (if not from a sales background)
Minimum 4 years experience
