Customer Success Manager - London - £115K + 20% bonusNigel Frank International, is partnering with a leading consultancy, to assist on their search for Customer Success Manager. We are looking for a candidate that has experience building long-term relationships and driving success for enterprise clients. This role will join my clients dynamic team and help them to strengthen partnerships with their global clients.

This is a predominantly remote role, however, occasional travel to London is required.Key Responsibilities:-Manage and develop a 'trusted advisor' relationship with clients at Director / VP / CxO level

-Develop and maintain an understanding of a client's overall business, future plans and potential needs

-Provide a single point of contact for clients to ensure success across portfolios of complex delivery programmes/projects involving onshore, offshore, nearshore, and technology partner teams.

-Identify improvement opportunities that harness the clients software engineering, data, AI, and digital transformation capabilities (including providing roadmap creation and consultancy)

-Build and present commercial sales proposals, working closely with account management and sales teams, delivery units and pre-sales to demonstrate the clients perspective to the proposalRequired Skills:-Experience working for a technology consultancy

-Proven expertise in managing and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders.

-Strong experience in developing key accounts and strategic partnership.

-Exceptional consultative sales skills, focusing on account growth and development.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

-Experience in the insurance industry or working with insurance tech (desirable)
