Customer Success Manager/ Account Manager
We're seeking a gregarious individual to ensure that clients are maximising their usage of our client's online intelligence platform. The platform provides data-driven insights, analytics, advisory services, and events for the finance community.
The Role:

Manage relationships with assigned customers, including onboarding, retention, and identifying revenue expansion opportunities.

Collaborate with leadership to enhance the customer journey.

Build and maintain positive customer experiences.

Engage with customers to discuss product usage and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Regularly share relevant content with customers.
About You:
-
1-3 years of experience in Customer Success.

Detail-oriented and analytical.
-
Energetic, confident, creative, and ambitious.
-
Proficient with CRMs and Microsoft products.

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Proactive, organized, and a team player.
Employment Type: flexi working with 3 days in Battersea and 2 days WFH
Salary - somewhat open, i.e. STE (subject to experience)
