The Role of the Customer Success Manager:

  • Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for relationship building within an existing base of prestigious accounts and supporting the more senior members of the team.
  • The role is well supported but you will need to prepare and used to work on your own initiative to help grow, retain and make sure the accounts are happy.
