Cyber Risk Modeler - Insurance

Up to £75,000 + Bonus

Our client, one of the world's largest global insurance group offering both specialist insurance and reinsurance, is seeking an exceptional Cyber Risk Modeler to join their team.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of their cyber underwriting strategy, risk appetite, cyber innovation and cyber accumulation controls for both affirmative and non-affirmative coverages.

As a Cyber Risk Modeler, you will:

  • Develop and test cyber risk scenarios and models to assess their impact.
  • Analyse portfolio data for trends and support scenario development and stress testing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advance cyber modelling tools and processes.
  • Communicate risk insights to key stakeholders and enhance understanding of cyber exposure.
  • Stay at the forefront of cyber security trends and integrate findings into actionable strategies.

Our client is looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience in insurance-related research.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in Python (or similar).
  • A strong understanding of statistics, probability theory, and data analysis.
