We are super excited to be working with this iconic media brand looking to hire a D&I specialist on a 12 month contract. This role will be tasked with cultivating a genuine culture of belonging across their diverse workforce.

This is a key hire for the business and a role that taps into all areas and levels of the organisation including senior leadership and executive teams. Working closely with the wider People team, you'll act as a lead within the business delivering the EDI plan in a broad and ever evolving remit.

We are looking for someone with a proven track-record in this area, who can demonstrate how they have empowered others to succeed in delivering diversity and inclusion objectives.

To be considered you must have:

  • Experience working in a specialist D&I role, implementing successful D&I initiatives from start to finish including disability, social mobility, LGBTQ+ etc
  • Knowledge and understanding of the importance of D&I within the workplace
  • Experience collating data and reporting to track and monitor key D&I statistics.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, able to engage various stakeholders and influence without authority
  • Creative, forward-thinking approach, able to innovate and problem solve

This role is based in central London and requires 3 days in the office.
