**Position: D365 CE Functional Consultant**
**Location: UK Remote**
This is for one of the fastest growing Microsoft Gold Partners across the UK and Europe. We need a D365 CE Functional Leader to hit the ground running.
• Research and investigate client implementation solutions.
• ISV: Acquire knowledge of ISV products available on Dynamics CE from the partner for implementation.
• Analyze offered solutions and identify requirement gaps.
• Configure or customize systems, or oversee juniors' configuration and customization as part of the implementation process to meet business requirements. This involves ongoing collaboration with clients, power users, and system developers.
• Create or review documentation, including process flows, use cases, gap analysis, functional requirements, business requirements, technical requirements, PowerPoint presentations, and more.
• Testing: Conduct use case testing and system tests to verify configurations. Perform end-to-end testing to ensure the accuracy of the business process flow.
• Presentations: Deliver pre-sales demonstrations, instructional demonstrations, training, and system walk-throughs to educate users, clients, and teams. Collaborate on troubleshooting or investigating solutions. Presentations can be conducted in person or remotely.
• Pre-sales: Respond to functionality inquiries in pre-sales documents.
• Conduct road map meetings and provide monthly updates to partners, sharing relevant information with clients and considering future changes during implementation.
• Hold regular meetings with the development team in an Agile environment.
Preference for knowledge or experience in the following solutions or applications:
Skills:
5+ years D365 CE experience
Pre Sales experience
Consulting experience
Functional experience however technical is a bonus.Â
