We are seeking a Functional Consultant (CRM) to join a leading, forward-thinking company based in London. This role focuses on driving user adoption of MS Dynamics CRM, providing user support, and ensuring the platform is effectively utilised to maximise business efficiency. Offering a £60,000 salary and three days remote working, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact within a growing organisation.
Responsibilities:- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics CRM, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure deliverables meet business specifications.
- Occasionally assist with the configuration of MS Dynamics CRM in line with business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance CRM functionality and drive greater user adoption.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven functional knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Experience with AI data models and an understanding of relational databases is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full project lifecycle experience (preferred).
