Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Dynamics 365 SCM, a strong understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to implement and optimise D365 SCM solutions for our clients. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyse business requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and provide ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure D365 SCM to meet business needs.
- Analyse and document supply chain processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and provide recommendations on best practices.
- Design, configure, and test SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehousing, and Transportation Management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, and IT) to ensure seamless integration.
- Support data migration, system testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Provide training and documentation for end users and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in D365 SCM.
- Stay updated with Microsoft updates and enhancements to D365 SCM.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM implementation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, sales, and logistics.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure services is a plus.
- Proficiency in gap analysis, solution design, and business process mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- D365 certifications in SCM are highly desirable.
