Currently working with a global insurer looking for a skilled DA Underwriting Oversight Manager to join their Underwriting and Product team in London. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all underwriting activities and controls related to delegated authority business. Key responsibilities include managing outsourced underwriting functions, coordinating underwriting data and regulatory requirements, and ensuring efficient, transparent oversight across the value chain.
You'll support the strategic direction by assessing underwriting processes, organising performance reviews, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously enhance the underwriting framework. Ideally, you will bring experience in underwriting or product management, with a strong grasp of analytics tools like Power BI. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll interact with various teams in a dynamic, project-based environment.
