Are you passionate about inspiring young minds through the power of dance? I am seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dance Teacher to join a vibrant primary school team on a maternity cover basis, starting February.

Role Overview:

  • Teach street and contemporary dance to students from Reception through to Year 6.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate dance lessons that inspire creativity and build confidence.
  • Work closely with the school team to incorporate dance into the wider curriculum where possible.
  • Foster a love for movement and performance in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised dance instructor qualification.
  • Experience teaching street or contemporary dance across a range of primary school age groups.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
