Role Overview:As a Data Analyst for a telematics driving app, you will be part of an exciting, fast-growing product that helps customers improve their driving performance to unlock better insurance deals. Your role will involve supporting the business with actionable insights, tracking business performance, and providing recommendations across various teams including marketing, CRM, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage your own workload with a high level of autonomy
  • Analyze customer data to deliver actionable insights to commercial teams (marketing, CRM, user engagement)
  • Work closely with leadership to track and present business performance
  • Contribute to various projects such as loyalty programs, user retention strategies, and campaign analysis
  • Provide recommendations based on in-depth analysis and stakeholder needs

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong analytical background with experience across different areas (marketing, commercial, engagement, CRM)
  • Ability to adapt quickly, be resourceful, and turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience in commercially-minded environments (insurance experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL (additional tools/languages a bonus)
  • Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business

Interview Process:

  1. 30-Minute Hiring Manager Interview (Zoom) - Discuss your experience and the role
  2. Technical Task - Complete a dataset analysis (in-depth analysis, storytelling with data, SQL skills)
  3. Second Stage Technical Interview (In-person) - Deep dive into the task and technical discussions
  4. Behavioral Interview (Zoom) - Alignment with company's core principles and team culture
