Luxury Residential - Day Concierge- Full time- Permanent Location: Central LondonSalary: £32,000 - £34,000Hours: 12 hour shift - 4 days on/ 4 days offThe role is to support the front of house concierge team in the day-to-day operations of the lobby area at an ultra luxury residential building in Central London. You must provide a highly professional, friendly, and efficient service to all residents, ensuring a warm welcome, a memorable experience, and a seamless move-in and out process.Key Responsibilities:- Assist with ensuring a smooth move-in and out process for owners and residents.- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby, front entrance, staircase, and lifts at all times.- Help liaise with residents, contractors, managing agents, and other visitors.- Ensure complete resident satisfaction by delivering a memorable and professional experience.- Handle assigned tasks and perform other reasonable duties as required.- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to both residents and colleagues.- Ensure effective shift handovers by giving and receiving detailed handover notes.- Safeguard and manage pass keys in compliance with key policies.- Monitor arrival and departure schedules to anticipate and address visitor needs.- Respond to resident and visitor enquiries, seeking assistance when necessary.- Promptly report any accidents, near misses, or hazards to your manager or supervisor.- Be familiar with the fire policy and emergency procedures, including how to respond to an activation.- Conduct regular building patrols to ensure the safety of residents and the premises.Requirements:-Relevant experience within luxury residential or 5* venues-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.-Impeccable appearance and presentation.-Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.-Passion for delivering high standards of personalised service with confidence and calmness.-Personable, empathetic, and warm with a conscientious attitude.-Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours.If you are passionate about providing first-class service in a luxury environment, apply today to become a vital part of the team!
