About the Role: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Day Concierge to join our team at a prestigious residential development. As the face of the building, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.

Key Responsibilities for the Day Concierge:

  • Welcome and Assist Residents and Visitors.
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and contractors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Monitor access to the building, ensuring only authorised personnel enter, and manage the signing-in process for contractors and visitors.
  • Receive, log, and securely store deliveries, notifying residents promptly for collection.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resident queries, complaints, and maintenance requests, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation where necessary.
  • Conduct regular checks of communal areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Safeguard and issue keys to authorised personnel as per established protocols.
  • Oversee and coordinate access for contractors, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with building policies.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: A friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Able to anticipate resident's needs and ensure no detail is overlooked.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Confident in handling queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Organised and Reliable: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
