Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Residential Porter to provide first-class support to residents while ensuring the smooth operation and security of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident Assistance: Provide excellent customer service and assist residents with inquiries.
Site Patrols: Regularly inspect the property to maintain security and report any issues.
Pool & Gym Maintenance: Ensure the pool and gym areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Management:
- Oversee the key storage system, logging all issued and returned keys.
- Follow strict key release protocols.
- Maintain accurate records for security purposes.
