What You Will Do

Provide a friendly and professional presence for residents and visitors.
Monitor and manage building access, ensuring security and safety at all times.
Handle deliveries and assist with resident requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain the reception and communal areas to a high standard.
Liaise with contractors and service providers when required.
Respond to any issues or emergencies calmly and efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a Residential Concierge.
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
Confident working independently and managing responsibilities solo.
