On behalf of my client, a prestigious high-end residential development in the heart of the city, we are seeking an experienced Senior Day Concierge to ensure an exceptional, seamless experience for residents and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated concierge professional to join a luxury residential team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide an exceptional level of concierge service to residents and visitors, assisting with a wide range of needs and requests.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing and resolving any queries or concerns promptly.
- Coordinate building maintenance, service requests, and liaise with contractors as necessary.
- Ensure the security of the building and the safety of its residents throughout the day.
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and discreet presence, upholding the high standards of the development.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a concierge role, ideally within a high-end residential development or hotel environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing a tailored and premium experience for all residents.
- Immaculate presentation and a professional, discreet demeanor at all times.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving and a calm, confident attitude under pressure.
- Competitive salary of £29,000 per annum.
