You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of residents, while maintaining high service standards in a newly developed site.Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Head Concierge in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensuring the lobby and communal areas are kept clean and presentable.
  • Welcoming residents and visitors; and managing key control procedures.
  • Conducting regular patrols and ensuring any unauthorised individuals are moved off-site.
  • Coordinating weekend property viewings and assisting residents during move-ins.
  • Following Health & Safety protocols and reporting any issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a residential or concierge role, particularly day shifts is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • A professional appearance and commitment to delivering a high level of service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong attention to detail.
