Location: Windsor
Salary: 拢20,800 per annum/拢12.50 per hour (excluding overtime pay)
Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week, but plenty of overtime available!

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and service-focused Day Concierge to join a prestigious residential estate in Windsor. What You Will Do
路 Welcome residents and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
路 Oversee mailroom and deliveries, ensuring residents receive timely notifications and a seamless service.
路 Manage contractors and service providers, keeping the estate running smoothly.
路 Handle security and building access, ensuring a safe and well-managed environment.
路 Assist with any resident requests promptly and efficiently.
路 Work closely with the team to maintain high standards in shared spaces, including the on-site spa and restaurant.
What We Are Looking For
路 Previous hospitality experience in the hotel or residential sector is essential.
路 5* customer/resident service - proof and experience of this!
路 A calm, professional, and confident approach, even in challenging situations.
路 Ability to work independently while being a key part of a strong team.
路 Experience handling deliveries, contractors, and resident requests - ideally!
路 A proactive mindset - spotting opportunities to go the extra mile for residents.
路 Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
