Location: Whitechapel, City of London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: 46,200 (with additional bonus and overtime opportunities)
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Multi-Skilled Day Technician to join our team at a prestigious static site in the Heart of London. You'll be part of a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and delivering top-notch maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive maintenance, minor works, and public health maintenance (including blocked toilets)
- Carry out electrical maintenance tasks such as emergency light testing, ballast changes, rewiring, and minor installations
- Address hot & cold air conditioning complaints, using Building Management Systems (BMS) and Lighting Control Systems (LCS)
- Complete water treatment tasks following L8 guidelines, ensuring compliance with water treatment logbooks
- Undertake minor fabric maintenance (e.g., painting, furniture moving) and coordinate material orders
- Support minor mechanical installations, keeping the building systems operating efficiently
