We are partnered with an aviation company who are looking for a Delivery Obligation Analyst to join their London Team. In this role the successful candidate will support efficient capital investment, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with goals. This role collaborates with stakeholders across Strategy, Finance, and Operations to integrate and track Delivery Obligations (DOs) within a 1 billion annual portfolio, supporting robust project delivery and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • DO's Management: Assist the DO Manager in ensuring investments meet Regulated Asset Base (RAB) standards and support the development of best practices for DOs across projects.
  • Planning & Reporting: Manage DO tracking, planning, and reporting at key Gateway stages (G2, G3, G5, G7).
  • Data Analysis: Analyse DO performance, identify risks, and provide insights to enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Program Control Managers, finance, and PMO teams to ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and improve reporting processes using tools like Power BI.
  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Draft and finalise DOs at each project stage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct data validation and analysis for performance reporting.
  • Collaborate on prototype dashboards to support automated long-term reporting.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with project lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data reporting tools.

You will need:

  • Experience in Project Management and/or PMO experience including strong experience and capability in some of the following disciplines: development, design, construction, business management and transformation change.
  • Proven ability to form effective working relationships and work collaboratively with other teams and external stakeholders to achieve a common result.
