Delivery Technician– Pharmacy to Hospitals

- £21,000 - £25,000 per annum (FTE)

The Role
As a Delivery Technician, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate transportation of medications from our client's pharmacy site to various hospital locations throughout North West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver medications and pharmaceutical supplies from the pharmacy site to designated hospital sites
- Verify the accuracy of delivery items against accompanying documentation and ensure proper handling of medications
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any discrepancies or issues to the pharmacy team
- Ensure all deliveries are completed to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to hospital staff, addressing any queries or concerns regarding deliveries
- Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition

The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about healthcare and committed to delivering quality service. You will have:
- Full, clean driving license
- Previous experience in a delivery driver role, preferably within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and delivering medications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical deliveries is an advantage
