Delivery Technician– Pharmacy to Hospitals

The Role

As a Delivery Technician, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate transportation of medications from our client's pharmacy site to various hospital locations throughout North West London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently deliver medications and pharmaceutical supplies from the pharmacy site to designated hospital sites
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery items against accompanying documentation and ensure proper handling of medications
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and report any discrepancies or issues to the pharmacy team
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to hospital staff, addressing any queries or concerns regarding deliveries
  • Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about healthcare and committed to delivering quality service. You will have:

  • Full, clean driving license
  • Previous experience in a delivery driver role, preferably within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and delivering medications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical deliveries is an advantage
