Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the 12-month rolling demand forecast, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive forecast accuracy KPIs and challenge sales forecasts to enhance reliability.
  • Create SKU-level demand plans for all product categories, ensuring timely updates.
  • Manage menu changes between Sales and Supply, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal excess stock.
  • Monitor and react to customer demand fluctuations, addressing drops and spikes proactively.
  • Work with IT to enhance forecasting tools and dashboards for improved business insights.
  • Support NPD launches and supply chain planning, mitigating risks and identifying opportunities.
  • Lead monthly sales forecast meetings, providing insights to drive business success.
  • Collaborate across departments to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the supply chain.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in FMCG demand planning.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical ability with Microsoft Excel; Power BI or other demand planning tools would be a plus.
  • Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues before they arise, ensuring smooth forecasting.
  • Adaptability: A flexible, can-do attitude to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Passion for Food: A genuine enthusiasm for the industry and its challenges.
