Deputy Head of Estates

Venn Group is working with a growing NHS Trust to recruit for an Deputy Head of Estates to successfully lead E&F multi-skilled teams and develop strategies

Hourly rate: £41.50 (umbrella)

Duration: 5 months

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: West London, 5 days on-site

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the effective delivery of Estates Services across multiple sites, leading both in-house staff and external contractors
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Senior Management Team across the Estates Directorate, internal colleagues and external stakeholders to provide an efficient service
  • Develop a positive safety culture within E&F to meet and exceed H&S and compliance standards
  • Support Estates Management Colleagues in ensuring maintenance contracts meet statutory regulations and developed maintenance contract specifications in line with respective guidance
  • Implement and monitor SLA’s and KI’s across the directorate

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge on HTMs, HBNs and H&S
  • Proven experience managing E&F departments at a senior level
  • Previous experience within the NHS or Healthcare Sector
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
