  • Location - Catford
  • Experience - Min of 2yrs in previous role as DM in a Learning Disability Home.
  • Qualification - Min level 3 diploma in Children & Young People and working towards level 5.
  • Shift Pattern - We require flexibility from potential candidates as in Days, Night(Wake or sleep in), weekend and bank holidays. Sleep in rate is £50 per night.
  • Salary: Competitive Rate - £16.75 per hour 40 hours per week annual salary
  • £35k plus sleeps

We provide care & support to children and young people in various projects across London and the Counties.The focus of our service delivery is to help and support our clients to develop their independent living skills whilst in transition towards adulthood and being able to manage their own tenancy in the community effectively. We are obliged to ensure its policies and procedures are aimed at safeguarding the service users.Deputy Manager role

  • To deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager. To support and manage the staff to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people. To undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate. To be the responsible person in managing child protection concerns and complaints. To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people. To offer supervision and support to other staff in line with Quality Standards.

  • To achieve 'Good' with the aspirational focus to achieve an 'Outstanding' Service under Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Regulatory framework
