Design and Technology Teacher - South West London - January 2025 start

We are currently working with a reputable and academic independent school in South West London who are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Design and Technology Teacher to join their well-established DT Department from January 2025. This is a contract vacancy for a DT or 3D design teacher who can work with machinery in the workshop and work with machinery including a 3D printer, laser cutter, vacuum former, lathe and jigsaw. The roleThe position would be ideal for a qualified and experienced teacher who can teach 3D Design up to GCSE. As the successful Design and Technology Teacher, you will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons to empower every student to reach their full potential in Design and Technology and 3D Design. You will also be able to create a positive environment and fostering enthusiasm within the classroom to promote a vibrant culture. The department is equipped with high standard DT rooms and offers a dynamic and welcoming teaching environment.The successful DT TeacherThe school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils’ success and therefore you must have the following:
