Role: Development Technical Lead

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Development Technical Lead with expertise in C# .NET, Microsoft Azure, and Agile methodologies to lead the design, development, and optimization of cloud-based solutions within an Agile team. You'll oversee the development process, ensuring that solutions meet performance, security, and cost goals while fostering a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Agile team in designing and implementing Azure-based solutions using C# .NET, ensuring documentation and best practices.
Drive Agile processes, team collaboration, and quality standards within the team.
Serve as the technical lead across teams, supporting seamless integration of applications and tools.
Make strategic technology and design decisions for secure, compliant, and cost-effective Azure architectures.
Continuously optimize Azure solutions for performance and cost, aligning with Agile principles.

Key Skills & Experience:

Expert knowledge of C# .NET, Microsoft Azure, and Agile development frameworks.
Proven experience in leading Agile teams, designing cloud-based architectures, and optimizing solutions.
Strong decision-making skills in technology selection, design patterns, and risk management for secure, compliant solutions.
Proficiency in Agile collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, and continuous improvement.
