EXPERIENCE
Were searching for a seasoned and inspiring leader with the following experience and qualities to join our Nobu family:
- Proven success in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel, ideally as a Director of F&B.
- A deep appreciation and understanding of Japanese cuisine and culture, with experience managing high-profile restaurant operations as a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability through strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
