Your new companyAre a top 50 consultancy specialising in commercial property across London and the rest of the UK, looking for a Director to join the Cost Consultacy Division.Your new role

  • Manage and drive the Cost Consultancy, bringing a profile of technical strength and commercial excellence, to complement the existing team.
  • As well as being a hands-on delivery role, you will work with the Cost Consultancy Senior Director to help develop and deliver on a business plan for the Cost Consultancy Division.
  • Support the management and development of the technical team, to deliver quality cost consultancy services to existing and new clients.
  • End-to-end cost consultancy delivery
  • Achieving performance targets (fee delivery and business development)
  • Liaise with the Service Hub Leaders across Built Asset, Development and Engineering & Sustainability to align services with strategic goals and performance standards
  • Network effectively with existing commercial clients and agreed targets.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant degree equivalent qualification and MRICS
  • Personable and confident with industry contacts
  • Hands-on high-quality delivery of technical services, demonstrating expertise in Cost Consultancy
  • Gain client trust with regard to commercial confidentiality be a direct contact for instructions.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence, lead and respond constructively to challenges
  • Existing cost consultancy client base with the potential to generate new work and introductions.
  • Engage with the team to win work and deliver profitability
