Dispute Resolution Legal PA                             

Elite full-service law firm is seeking to hire a Legal PA on an initial 12 Month FTC basis to provide support to fee earners within their renowned Dispute Resolution team, specifically White-Collar Crime and Regulatory Defence.

Key Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Legal PA:

  • Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earners.
  • Organising business breakfasts, dinners or smaller events.
  • Full management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners.
  • Prepare, amend and proofread documents.
  • Calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls / meetings).
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the firm's billing systems.
  • Supporting fee-earners with monitoring and addressing unpaid bills.
  • Coordinate the WIP lists and billing on behalf of Partners.

Key Requirements of the Dispute Resolution Legal PA:

  • Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm.
  • Experience of working within a Dispute Resolution / Litigation / White Collar Crime practice group
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.
