About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Distributed Ledger Specialist to help design and implement a future-proof payments and verification system for the company's financial technology platforms. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge distributed ledger technology (DLT), blockchain, Hyperledger, and quantum-safe encryption to build a scalable, secure, and decentralized platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements and design DLT-based solutions to meet them for the company's products and services
  • Develop and implement Hyperledger-based distributed ledger applications and smart contracts
  • Integrate DLT technology with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the distributed ledger using quantum-safe encryption
  • Optimize system performance and scalability of the DLT-powered solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end DLT-enabled solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on the company's distributed ledger initiatives

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working with distributed ledger technologies, including Hyperledger and blockchain
  • Strong understanding of cryptography, especially quantum-safe encryption algorithms, and how they apply to DLT
  • Proficiency in designing and developing decentralized applications powered by DLT
  • Hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, or other leading blockchain frameworks
  • Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment in a DLT context
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex DLT challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment driven by evolving DLT trends
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface with stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
