A Live-in Couple position is available in South West London for an experienced couple to manage a second residence used by the principals for approximately 6 to 7 months a year.
The ideal candidates should be reliable, loyal, discreet, and one should be a proficient cook who enjoys preparing meals during the principals' stay.
Key responsibilities include full housekeeping, laundry, running errands, cooking, liaising with contractors, maintenance duties, driving, and pet care for the principals' dog.
The position offers a salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 gross per annum, depending on experience, and requires prior experience in similar roles.
Accommodation is provided in a one-bedroom basement apartment with a separate entrance, and the couple will work 5 days a week with some weekend duties when the principals are present.

Live in Couple Job in London

We have a lovely position for an experienced Couple to take care of a beautiful residence in South West London. This is a 2nd residence that is used by the principals for approximately 6/7 months a year. The ideal couple must be reliable, experienced, loyal and discreet. The principals have a dog.

Also employed is a Housekeeper and Driver.

The couple will be responsible for the running of the property and ensure the house is presented to a high standard at all times. Ideally one half of the couple will be a good family Cook and enjoy preparing some meals when the principals are in residence.

This is a great position for a Couple who wish to be in London.

Duties to include:

Full Housekeeping
Laundry (including hand washing), ironing and fabric care
Running errands
Cooking a few times a week when the principals are in residence
Liaising with contractors and tradespeople
Houseman Duties
Maintenance duties (changing light bulbs etc)
Driving duties
Pet care (dog walking etc)
Security, point of calls for the alarm systems

Start date: February / March

Accommodation: A 1 bedroom apartment in the basement with a separate entrance.

Hours: 5 days a week, with some weekend work when the principals are in residence

Driving: Ideally, at least one must hold full clean UK licence.

Salary £70,000 - £80,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
