I am looking for a skilled Surveyor to join my client's Gas Installation Department. This field-based role involves assessing client properties for boiler replacements or full heating system installations. The successful candidate will create detailed surveys and ensure all installations meet current building and Gas Safe regulations. With a focus on customer service and quality, this role covers South East England and South London, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.

The ideal candidate will hold full ACS Gas Qualifications and possess strong IT, organizational, and communication skills. A safety-first approach, excellent customer service experience, and the ability to coach and support team members are essential. The Role:

  • Survey client properties for boiler replacements or full heating systems.
  • Create detailed surveys, ensuring compliance with Gas Safe and building regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and explain works clearly to clients.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
  • Assist with quality control, issue resolution, and team productivity.

The Person:

  • Holds full ACS Gas Qualifications and prioritizes safety.
  • Proficient in IT systems with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communicator with a focus on customer service.
