We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in restoring homes and commercial properties impacted by incidents such as water leaks, fire damage, and flooding. Full training will be provided to all suitable candidates.
Responsibilities:

Perform water mitigation, mould remediation, fire damage restoration.

Upload job-related documents, photos,estimates, and reports for efficient operations.

Follow safety protocols and attend regular training.

Maintain professional and effective communication with customers, insurance representatives, sub-contractors, and all parties involved in the claim process, ensuring high standards and open dialogue throughout.
Skills :

Excellent customer service skills, especially under pressure.

Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred experience in restoration or construction (not essential).

Compassionate, customer-focused approach.

Ability to handle equipment and move furniture as required.

Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Valid and clean Full UK Driving Licence
