Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join the Data & Workflow Platform Team at a global law to help enable the use of data and low code tools to build simple & intelligent technology solution for lawyers.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirement into functional applications & features.
- Formulate working proof of concepts
- Gain a strong understanding of the current data structure within the CRM solution and its relying systems
- Quality assurance of all third-party proposals
- Configure & customise D365 modules such as sales or customer service
- Provide support and maintenance for D365 applications
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or similar role within the legal or professional services industry.
- Experience of working with CRM within the legal industry including understanding the importance of Pitch Management and Client Relationship Management.
- Hands-on professional experience of working in a global enterprise across time zones with an appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing methodologies.
- Extensive experience in designing, deploying and migrating to CRM solutions in a global organisation.
- Experience of migrating legacy CRM data to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
