A large fashion company are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Merchandiser to join their team in the West End. The ideal candidate will have a passion for streetwear fashion and trends, and a strong background in merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a ‘Digital 1st’ approach to our Group brands.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Monitor key trading tasks such as stock management, fragmentation, and product returns.
  • Support planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy based on the company’s business and financial goals.
  • Liaise with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to improve efficiencies, trade, and customer experience.
  • Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce team for onsite optimisations and search improvements.
  • Assist with the coordination of E-Commerce marketplace activities, including product uploads and reporting.
  • Report on E-Commerce trade performance, providing data-driven insights into shopping behaviours and trends.
  • Manage stock clearance and inventory control, ensuring stock fill rates are timely for collection launches.
  • Prepare analytics and business intelligence reports, and make analytical decisions to impact strategy across departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the D2C and e-commerce space.
The ideal candidate will ideally have 4+ years’ experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics.
