Our two brilliant founders Ruth & Matt are on the hunt for an exceptional Executive Assistant—someone who can keep up with their pace, juggle their schedules, and make sure their professional and personal lives run like clockwork. If you thrive on being the person who always has everything handled and love the challenge of working with two distinct personalities, this could be your moment!

We’re looking for someone with ninja-level organizational skills, eagle-eyed attention to detail, and a “consider it done!” attitude. You’ll need the confidence to manage upwards, communicate clearly, and keep the wheels turning when things get hectic. As the glue that holds it all together, your ability to prioritize on the fly and tactfully push back when necessary will make you indispensable.

No two days will be the same, so flexibility and a sense of humour are essential. This role will grow with the company—so if you’re ambitious, proactive, and ready to dive in, we’re excited to hear from you!

About You:

+ Minimum of 5 years administrative experience supporting executives or high net-worth individuals
+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project)
+ Experienced with databases and sales & marketing systems
+ English and Maths GCSEs
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a highly pressurised, fast-paced environment
+ Highly organised and tenacious, able to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
+ Highly collaborative working style with ability to demonstrate directness and leadership as required
+ Able to build and foster good working relationships with all levels of employees both internally and with customers or suppliers
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Comfortable working with all levels of the organisation
+ Self-motivated and self-managing, able to work with ambiguity and take the lead as required
