My client is looking for a positive, proactive EA to support 3 Partners. Excellent organisational skills are essential, able to prioritise, anticipate needs, within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive email management
- Diary management
- Drafting and sending letters, presentations, decks
- Audio/Copy typing
- Dictation of letters, emails and other
- Manage invoices and expenses
- Social media management, including posting on Instagram and LinkedIn, creating new content
- Preparing marketing materials (InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft and Adobe skills desirable)
- Answering calls
- Meet & greet guests
- Set up Zoom Calls and Teams
- General office management
- Provide general admin support to the wider team
- Ad hoc personal assistance
