My client is looking for a positive, proactive EA to support 3 Partners. Excellent organisational skills are essential, able to prioritise, anticipate needs, within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive email management
  • Diary management
  • Drafting and sending letters, presentations, decks
  • Audio/Copy typing
  • Dictation of letters, emails and other
  • Manage invoices and expenses
  • Social media management, including posting on Instagram and LinkedIn, creating new content
  • Preparing marketing materials (InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft and Adobe skills desirable)
  • Answering calls
  • Meet & greet guests
  • Set up Zoom Calls and Teams
  • General office management
  • Provide general admin support to the wider team
  • Ad hoc personal assistance
