We are currently looking for an EA to join a corporate firm based in Covent Garden. This is a 12 month maternity contract which offers hybrid working and is paying 35-40k. A solid 2 years EA experience including diary management is necessary.
The role
- Minute taking, putting together presentations
- Meet and greet
- Diary management
- Researching and organising data to represent the senior management
- Compiling expense reports
- Going through the incoming documents (memos, invoices) and redistributing them
