A small international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to work in an exciting and varied role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full EA support to the CEO - managing diaries, booking meetings, arranging international travel, preparing presentations, minute taking etc
  • Supporting HR with payroll admin, onboarding, keeping HR systems updated and assisting with projects
  • General office admin
  • Being the initial contact for all external visitors to the London office - setting up meeting rooms/refreshments etc
  • Assisting with arranging social events
  • Arranging couriers

Your experience must include:

  • Strong proven EA/PA experience to senior management/board level gained within a bank/investment management/insurance house
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Any previous HR administration skills would be advantageous
  • A flexibility attitude to adapt to senior management requirements is ESSENTIAL

Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
