EA to CEO – 18m FTC West End£55,000 - £60,000  THE COMPANY: Our client is a Property Management firm who are seeking an EA to support the CEO on a 18-month fixed term contract basis. THE ROLE:
  • Sole responsibility managing the CEO’s diary and ensuring materials for meetings are ready
  • Efficient inbox management
  • Optimising ways of working and processes to increase efficiency
  • Support projects as advised by the CEO
THE PERSON:
  • Experience as an EA supporting C-Suite level, within a professional service’s environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Highly discrete and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Exceptional attention to detail
