EA to Partners- Immediate start Salary: 36,000 - 38,000

Location: Farringdon, City of London

Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in the office depending on the rota - the rest at home

A successful and leading management consultancy and recruitment practice in the public and not-for-profit sectors based in Farringdon are urgently recruiting for an EA/ PA. You will provide administrative support to 4 Partners at the practice, ensuring their workloads are managed efficiently. Also contributing to efficient project and office administration, managing data and preparing documents. This is an immediate start.

Key responsibilities of the PA:

  • Diary and Travel Management: Manage diaries, schedule appointments and coordinating with associates and clients. Oversee travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation.
  • Communication and Email Support: Mange emails and inboxes, handle phone queries, direct calls, take messages and greet office visitors on behalf of colleagues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support with formatting documents such as reports, proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring high-quality standards and version control. Contribute to general administrative tasks, continuously seeking ways to improve processes in collaboration with the Business Manager.
  • Data and Information Management: Maintain accurate data for projects, use tracking tools for project management, and ensure data is safely stored and updated.
  • Meeting and Coordination: Organise internal staff and project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and ensure that follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  • Reception and Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact at the office reception.
  • Event and Marketing Support: Organisation of internal and external events, conferences, and marketing activities. Update the website and social media platforms, assist in creating publicity materials and coordinate logistics for exhibitions and conferences.
  • Finance Liaison: Work closely with the Finance team to support project invoicing, process expenses, and manage financial queries

Experience required:

  • Degree level education or equivalent desirable
  • Previous professional PA or admin experience in an office environment
  • Solid experience of MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organisation and planning skills and able to prioritise and work under pressure
