This leading independent pre prep school in West London are looking to hire a permanent Early Years Practitioner for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in engaging and age-appropriate activities in one of their 4 year old classes
  • Observing and assessing children's development
  • Maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
  • Contribute to the overall positive ethos of the school

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • QTS desirable
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is essential
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
