About the role - Early Years Practitioner - Barking and Dagenham

Upholding high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
Designing fun and educational activities for the children in their car
Tracking and documenting the children's progress to share with parents and other caregivers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents and caregivers to support the children's daily learning and care
Supporting the Nursery teacher with teaching children their fundamentals
Providing the best care to support students with their transition when leaving the nursery

Desired Early Years Practitioner:

EYFS understanding
An understanding of children's learning through play and the ability to contribute and work as a member of a strong team.
Effectively communicate
Go od written skills
Maintain a calm level of professionalism at all times
Excellent communication skills
Empathic and natured individual
