We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic level 3 early years practitioner to work full time independent Nursery!

About the role - Early Years Practitioner - Barking and Dagenham

  • Upholding high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene
  • Designing fun and educational activities for the children in their car
  • Tracking and documenting the children's progress to share with parents and other caregivers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with parents and caregivers to support the children's daily learning and care
  • Supporting the Nursery teacher with teaching children their fundamentals
  • Providing the best care to support students with their transition when leaving the nursery
  • Follow all policies and safeguarding procedures

Desired Early Years Practitioner:

  • EYFS understanding
  • An understanding of children's learning through play and the ability to contribute and work as a member of a strong team.
  • Effectively communicate
  • Go od written skills
  • Maintain a calm level of professionalism at all times
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathic and natured individual
  • Level 3 Childcare along with relevant experience
  • SEN experience desirable
