Early Years Practitioner - What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Qualifications (desirable):
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years
- Graduate in Education or a Core Subject
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
💼 Experience:
- Some hands-on experience working with young children
💪 Skills & Qualities:
- A true passion for early years education
- A positive, adaptable attitude and calm under pressure
