About the Role:As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with a supportive team to foster children’s social, emotional, and physical development, ensuring they receive the best start in life.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities that support children’s early development.
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support children’s individual needs, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a collaborative support network.
- Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety requirements are met in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
- Minimum of one year’s experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
