Early Years Practitioner - Kensington & ChelseaFull-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:45pm

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join a supportive early years setting in the Kensington & Chelsea area. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare who enjoys supporting young children in their early development.

In this role, you'll work closely with a team of educators to support children through engaging activities and small group interventions, helping to build strong foundations in areas such as early literacy and numeracy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

  • Recent experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting

  • A good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework

  • A positive, proactive approach and strong communication skills

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one

  • Availability to commit to a full-time role for the academic year
