Reeson Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join nurseries and early years settings in Waltham Forest. If you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and are enthusiastic about helping young children thrive in their early development, this is the perfect role for you!
Role Highlights for an Early Years Practitioner:
- Salary: 80-100 per day.
- Location: Nurseries and early years settings across Waltham Forest, including areas such as Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford.
- Qualifications: Must have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner:
- Deliver high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Plan and implement fun and educational activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Help children with daily routines and promote independence in areas such as personal hygiene and social interaction.
We're Looking For in an Early Years Practitioner:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
- Previous experience working in early years or nursery settings.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
