Early Years Practitioner Islington

We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to work in a supportive setting in London Borough of Islington.

About the Role:

You will be working in a well-established Children's Centre that is committed to providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0-5 years. With excellent resources and a strong focus on supporting child development, the setting offers a fantastic opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework to support children's learning and development.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children thrive.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to maintain high standards of care and education.

What We're Looking For:

  • A CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Early Years Education.
  • Experience working with young children in a similar setting.
