As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for young children, helping them develop their social, emotional, and academic skills in their crucial early years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the individual needs of each child.
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support children's personal and academic development through engaging activities.
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure the welfare and development of each child.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective teaching and learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with a PGCE, QTS (or equivalent) in Early Years or Primary Education.
- Experience working with children in an Early Years setting is desirable.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
